北欧出身のフードコーディネーター『めいらみ』と申します。日本で手に入る食材を工夫し、伝統的な北欧の家庭料理のレシピをご紹介します。ぜひ本格的な北欧のテイストを味わっていただきたいです！

伝統料理と言っても、スタイリングにはモダンなテイストを加えています。北欧デザインのようにシンプルかつおしゃれなスタイリングを目指します。

ちなみに、『めいらみ』はフィンランド語で「マジョラム」のことです。マジョラムは昔から使われているオレガノに似たハーブで、野菜料理から肉や魚料理とも相性が良い万能な調味料です。このサイトも前菜からデザートやお菓子まで幅広く北欧の料理文化を紹介していきます。

Welcome to Nordic Food Coordinate “Meirami”！

I’m Meirami, your native guide to traditional Nordic food. I’m the Food Coordinator behind the recipes and styling of this site. All the recipes are easy to make with ingredients found from local stores in Japan.

Traditional food doesn’t have to be boring though! I try to give Nordic home cooking a modern image with my simple but stylish presentations.

The name of the site, “meirami”, means “marjoram” in Finnish. Marjoram has been used for ages in the Nordic countries, as it is versatile herb going well with everything from vegetables to meat and fish. This site covers Nordic home cooking from appetizers to desserts and baking, so I hope you’ll enjoy it!
